Merry Christmas!

Hope all had a wonderful Christmas.

I can say it was good, the morning wasn't so hot, but it ended on a good note. Sadie got a few cute outfits, a puzzle, two Disney princess cups (and let me tell you I have never liked the word process, will never call Sadie that I don't think. Just never liked it for some reason). But I do like the Cinderella and Belle princesses and things. I call her sweetheart and things like that! She also got the cuter Minnie mouse mini play laptop from my neighbor. So darn cute! She got construction paper and paints! Want to start doing arts and crafts with her!

I got cash from my parents which they truely shouldnt have, and couple gift cards. Also running shorts and a top-ummm, is that not a sign from my mother I need to start running again?!? Haha. I think I will beginning tomorrow! But the hardest thing is always Geting started!

Around 3-7 we went to my sisters husbands parents house for a Family get together. Was nice because our extended family is up north and we can't do that. They had awesome foods and the babies had a great time! They all loved Sadie and couldn't get over her. This one woman said "she has something about her. Her little dainty personality. She's so cute. Yes babies are but she is just something." I thought that is so sweet! I get so many compliments on her it just warns my heart! Just wish she wouldn't give such a fight about wearing her dress :( I didn't force it on her she would have looked so pretty but always does in anything!

I will leave you with a few pictures of the day and night!

Merry Christmas!

Now the countdown begins to the NEW YEAR! 5 more days! Let's make the best of it!

Is it REALLY Christmas Eve?!?

I honestly can't believe how fast the year has flew on by! People aren't lying when they say once you have kids, time really flies!

Been lost on the blog front. Between the holidays and being busy with miss Sadie girl, its been on my 101 things to do list. I just kept pushing it back! But I do enjoying blogging! I do log on almost every day and read blogs! Just don't post my own! I think I am ready for a blog makeover for the new year! Just have NO clue how to do it. Any helpers or suggestions?! :) would be greatly appreciated!

I've been having a REALLY tough time these last few days with the holidays being around. Broke out into a huge cry the other night, missing Naomi. The pain felt like the first few weeks and months after I lost her. It's beyond heart wrenching. Sounds like how the Grinch cries in How the grinch stole Christmas. (I hear it in the background now, just terrible pain). My BLM friend sent a beautiful ornament down for me thought of Naomi because of the Hope on it and butterfly in it. I really have truely amazing friends, I feel a stronger connection with them than my IRL friends. I truely do. I wish we never had to share it. I know she is certainly around been giving me lots of signs. The other day I donated plasma (45 minute thing) and the night before that I asked Naomi to show me a sign she's around or come see me in a dream (I still have yet to have one of her). And well after leaving the blood donation center, two butterflies two yellow ones danced ever so happily in front of my car as I was leaving. I knew that was her. The holidays are ROUGH.

I went to a dear BLM friends nieces party a week ago. Beautiful themed-sleeping beauty! I will post some pctures of that! I also went to an awesome light show between two houses. The two houses joined together and there was music and the lights would go with the music. Truely AMAZING! Sadie loved it! Everyone loved her!

I am also working on a cute book idea I found on PINTEREST for Sadie. It's the ABC's but with heron it. I'm almost done with all the letters! Can't wait to put it together! Example..a is for apple, I have a picture of her holding an apple, B is for bear, and so on! Wanted it to be done by tomorrow aka Christmas but not going to happen!

We also made this morning handprint ornaments for my mom from Sadie. Recipe found VIA PINTEREST! What else?! :) fun to make! My new years resolution is well I have two: to STOP with excuses of not exercising and to try my best to eat well and exercise (notice I didn't say diet, trying to be reasonable) and two to do a couple Pinterest projects with Sadie a month! And for mama as well! Love hate relationship right there!

Anyways I will leave a few pictures of what's been going on. I am going to try and come up with a cute post tonight for "TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS..." stay tuned!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!

I absolutely LOVE Sadie's picture with Santa! It is too cute! She did surprisingly well ! I took her to the hospital where she was born just like last year! Might make it a tradition.

Attended my first ugly Christmas party! Tummies galore!

I was paired up with the lovely and oh so pregnant Allie aka mommy gator over at www.tableformoreblog.com!

She sent me an absolute MUST of every girl. NAIL POLISH, EYE SHADOW KIT, AND POWDER! I absolutely LOVED it! I have a small collection of nail polish and I always see my bestie painting her nails all the time, she most recently got me into wanting to do it all the time as well! So I got so excited just to see nail polish!

I went to the jingle ball concert Saturday night (it's a local radio concert thrown here every December for the holidays!) and I just wanted to wear something sparkly so with my new painted nails, this mama looked HOT ;)

So thank you VERY much Allie! Please forgive me your gift was late shipping out so you should get it within a day or two! Xoxox

The First.

The first of the month always brings happiness to people, the start of something new, a fresh month. For me, you ask? It brings sadness. It is a painful reminder of another month gone by without my sweet Naomi. She was taken from me June 1, 2009. Just seeing that, it seems like just yesterday yet so long ago and I can't believe its been 2.5 years. How did I survive? Had I not had my now best friend in my life than I would not have made it. Lately, these past 2-3 days, I have been a basket case. I had Christmas music on the other day and jus started bawling my eyes out. I had to turn it off. Reminded me of her. Yesterday I woke up and I could not remember if I had a dream of not of Naomi. I would like to think I did because of I am questioning myself it seems to be so. It was the strangest thing too. I was getting ready for school and was doing something in the kitchen.

I happen to look over and Naomi's picture is on the screensaver out of ALL of the pictures in computer it was her. I was like wow. Then later I saw on facebook that a dear BLM friend who I have not met yet that lives local to me said that her doctor that delivered her rainbow baby was talked about on our local radio station and what an awesome doctor he is. I was shocked. Another sign. Her doctor delivered me that morning because my damn bitch of a doctor was out of town.

The holidays are officially here and it is so stinking hard. I look into Sadie's eyes and I thank god for her. I think how Naomi sent her to be with me. Yet I feel Naomi is in her. I don't know why I just feel it. I miss you Naomi Hope. So very much. Your sister and I kiss your picture every night and Sadie sleeps with a bear that's named Hope for you. I miss you and it will be bittersweet when your sister is older and I tell her about you. I so wish you were here I want to see you and hold you and kiss you one more time.

RIP my beautiful angel. Gone but never ever forgotten. Fly HIGH.
